As part of the new guidelines (April 2021) air purifying units will be in use around the salon.
Patch testing for tinting and LVL treatments is now required after every Covid 19 vaccine or if you have had Covid in the past as these changes in your medical history can prompt an allergic reaction. You will also need to leave 2 weeks after having a vaccine before any of these treatments can take place and be re test patched.
Regular cleaning in between each client.
You must not enter if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been instructed to self-isolate.
Social distancing guidelines are to be observed during your visit.
Temperature checks will be in operation upon arrival, if it is too high your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.
Clients must wear a mask. (Available to purchase for £1 if required)
Clients must sanitise their hands on entry and exit of the salon.
You must come alone to your appointment no family, friends or children will be allowed to attend with you.
Please arrive on time and wait outside, I cannot provide a waiting area so please don’t arrive too early. Please do not arrive late as I have strict cleaning and sterilisation times of 15 minutes in between every client.
The door will be locked at all times no walk-in appointments.
Towels have been removed from the couches, but please feel free to bring your own blanket or towels for your appointment if you wish.
Hot drinks and magazines are suspended, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Card payments only. Cash is no longer accepted in the salon.
You will receive an automated text reminder the day before your appointment. You must read and reply to this message if you are suffering from any Covid symptoms.
Online orders are currently being dispatched on the next working day.
